how exciting that the snowplow came by today...and plowed the street in such a way that we don't have to shovel snow at the end of the driveway!

and how sad is it that I'm really excited by that? :) But seriously, anyone who curses the snowplow will understand the beauty of this action.

You know what else makes me happy? Late night long distance phone calls from friends, especially when I get to hear their new baby sounds in the background. Also sharing in the joy and wonder of new motherhood with that same friend.
