Yay! Joey (Joseph) John was born at 4:30 this morning. Apparently, it was only 30 minutes from when she got into active labor until he was born. Oh my! I'm hoping to get over to see her this afternoon, if Isaac will settle for a rest.
And Isaac seems to have a tummy bug. He threw up again this morning...while eating breakfast. Nice. Rob was sitting there and caught it all in his bowl. Ew. Then Isaac asked for a new bowl of cheerios. Nope, he was done. I'm proud of Rob for handling it so well. Puking is never a fun one to deal with. But he almost knew it was coming, Isaac got up this morning, walked into the kitchen and laid down on the floor. That's a good sign your kid isn't well.
Oh and an election scandal. Our sitting MP got ousted in the final poll return really late last night. He ended up losing by 106 votes and is now alleging voting irregularities. There will be an investigation and a recount. Interesting.....
