Angela and Lionel had their third. Matthea (spelling?), aka, Thea. Feb. 5. She was 7lbs 10oz - I think that's what she said. Emergency c-section...in Vernon. She was 4 weeks early and they were visiting family. I can't imagine having that happen. But then again, I don't go into labor at all on my own it seems. Apparently, baby flipped to transverse and her water broke. Yikes. I just can't imagine that scenario...
What is it with so many c-sections with the people I know these days? Of the 8 people having babies (including me) in my circle of friends and family, we are so far running 4 c-sections to 2 non-medicated vaginal births. Really hoping and praying that the next 2 aren't surgical....
